Alright my first upload, if i did anything wrong PM me and i'll fix it

Combining non-linear gameplay with a character driven narrative, you arrive in a town brimming with delights and degradation and are given the opportunity to take it over as you choose.

Liberty City is a mod for Vice City that makes the map, cars and guns just like GTA 3, pretty much it's GTA 3 on the Vice City engine.
